Cancellation & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our service agreements. Customers may cancel their Annual Maintenance Plan at any time under the following terms:

• Cancellations within 30 Days: Eligible for a full 100% refund, provided no scheduled maintenance visits or emergency dispatch credits have been utilized.

• Cancellations after 30 Days: Eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining full months left on the 1-year contract, minus a $125 administrative setup fee and the standard retail value of any completed service visits or utilized dispatch credits.
